Return & Refund Policy

Because our soaps are personal-care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or otherwise handled after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

For eligible issues, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
