Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are separate from our processing time. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If you believe a shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
